Address suggestions
When you type an address into the booking form, the suggestions come from the Base Adresse Nationale, a French public service hosted in France. The fragments of address you type pass through our server on the way.
Your IP address is never passed to that service, nor is any other information about you. If you prefer, simply type your address and ignore the suggestions: booking works exactly the same.
What we collect
To arrange a journey, we record only:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- the pick-up and destination addresses, the date and time you want;
- the number of passengers and bags, along with any notes you add.
No location data is collected, no advertising profile is built, and no analytics cookie is set. The only cookie in use keeps drivers signed in to their professional area.
Who sees this information
The driver who receives your request, and he alone, sees your details. If your journey is passed to a colleague, that colleague first receives only the time and the route, and your details only if he accepts the journey.
Other customers never see your information: the public calendar shows availability only, with no detail.
How long we keep it
Your details and the addresses of your journeys are erased automatically 13 months after the journey. Only anonymous counting data, which cannot identify you, is kept beyond that.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or erase your data, or object to its processing, by writing to the contact address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
You can cancel a journey at any time from the tracking link received by email, without creating an account.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted on a dedicated server located in the European Union. Traffic is encrypted end to end by HTTPS, passwords are never stored in the clear, and professional access requires two-factor authentication.
